Billing Policy
Current Pricing
- Starter: $149/month and includes 300 answered calls per month. Additional answered calls are billed at $0.60 each.
- Core: $349/month and includes 900 answered calls per month. Additional answered calls are billed at $0.60 each.
- Pro: $599/month and includes 1500 answered calls per month. Additional answered calls are billed at $0.60 each.
- Launch Setup: one-time setup fee based on the selected plan: $149 for Starter, $249 for Core, and $399 for Pro.
Launch Setup
Launch Setup is charged once on subscription checkout. It covers profile setup, call flow configuration, knowledge base setup, testing, and forwarding instructions. Setup style can change how much help WelcomeOps gives during onboarding, but it does not change the monthly plan price.
Monthly Plan Caps
Starter, Core, and Pro are capped plans. Starter includes up to 300 answered calls per month, Core includes up to 900, and Pro includes up to 1500. Additional answered calls beyond the included cap are billed at $0.60 each. If a business needs a different billing model, a separate usage-based backup path may be offered from time to time and billed monthly based on answered calls.
Recurring Billing
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Stripe processes payment information. WelcomeOps does not store full card numbers.
Plan Changes
You may request an upgrade or downgrade from the account dashboard or by emailing hello@welcomeops.com. Plan change requests are reviewed before billing updates are made. Approved changes normally take effect at the next billing cycle unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation from the account dashboard or by emailing hello@welcomeops.com. Cancellation requests are reviewed before billing changes are made. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid term. The service may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
Launch Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. Usage charges, phone number fees, and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. You may request refund review from the account dashboard or by emailing hello@welcomeops.com. Refund requests are reviewed before any billing adjustment is made.
Taxes And Price Changes
Prices may exclude taxes, telecom fees, carrier charges, and third-party fees. WelcomeOps may change pricing for future terms with notice where required. Current customers will be told before a price change affects a renewal.
Checkout Does Not Mean Live Activation
Payment starts onboarding. The receptionist is not considered live until the customer-approved profile, forwarding path, and test step are complete.
